Please read each page carefully prior to calling the Recorder’s office, as most questions you may have will be answered in the enclosed material.

All early voting and ballot return information will be provided to campaign committees only through our secure Web Site.

When completing the Order Form & Contract, please be sure to include an e-mail address so that we may communicate any necessary information to your campaign.

If, after reading all this information, you still have questions, please email Pamela Franklin at Pamela.franklin@recorder.pima.gov or call her at (520) 724-4356.

If you are going to distribute your own Ballot by Mail Request forms, please send the Recorder’s Office a proof prior to your final print, so that we may provide input. Please remember that it is the Recorder’s office that must process these requests. In order to expedite ballots, the request must include certain information, in a format similar to requests produced by this office.
