Troubleshooting Site Access Issues

If you have trouble accessing parts of our website using Internet Explorer:

  1. On the Tools menu click on Internet Options
  2. Go to the Security tab
  3. Click on the Trusted Sites icon and then click on the Sites button
  4. Uncheck the “Require server authentication” box
  5. Type * in the “Add this website” box
  6. Click the Add button then the Close button
  7. Under "Security level for this zone" set the security level to "Low"
  8. Click OK to close the Internet Options window
Internet Explorer 10 users may need to enable "Compatibility View" mode, if they encounter problems entering data in certain pages. See the following link for more information:
