Is your account current?
If you have signed up for Records Indexing and Research, your account
consists of two separate items:
a subscription period, and a certain number of downloads.
It may be that you have used all the dowloads that you had available, or that
your subscription has expired. Additional increments of 200 images are
available for at $40.00 per increment.
Subscription periods are for six months and are $100.00 paid in advance and
include 200 images.
If your subscription is for maps, you may have used up your deposit. Maps are
$3 per download payable at least $200.00 in advance.

Is this the first time you have accessed your account?
You may have CAPS LOCK on, or you may have typed an incorrect password. Check
the password and make sure that CAPS LOCK is not on. Please contact our office
at (520)740-4350 and choose Option 8 - Administration from the menu if you are
still unable to log in.

Are you able to download an image?
When you click on the Show Image link, you should get a
window gives you the option of saving the file or opening it. Click on
Save. A window will open up giving you the opportunity to name the file and
choose where you would like to put the image on your computer. Please make a
note of where you have placed the image, and what you have called it, so that
you may open it with the windows image viewer.
Downoad a TIFF file to test this. A

download an image from our website, then our subscription service is
functioning correctly.

You were not able to download an image:
Place your mouse pointer over the tiff button below and click with your right
mouse button.
Chose "Save Target As" from the list of options. A
window will open up giving you the opportunity to name
the file and choose where you would like to put the image on your computer. You
may need to change the extension of the file from htm to tif. Please make a
note of where you have placed the image, and what you have called it, so that
you may open it with the windows image viewer. |
You were able to download an image:
Your subscription entitles you to download our images. Viewing and printing the
image are controlled by programs outside our control and are not part of the
subscription service. We do, however, have
a list of suggestions, hints, tips, and links for possible solutions
that may help you with problems outside of our control.
