Affidavits of Property Value (this site is for images of Affidavits only).

$50.00 per month, payable three
months in advance for unlimited number of "hits" or images of affidavits.

Subscription to Pima County Recorder's secure web site to access
Records Indexing and Research screens and Affidavits of Property Value
with the ability to download scanned images of official
records from April 1987 to the present.

(a) $100.00 paid in advance for a six
month period for 200 images.
(b) Additional increments of 200 images at $40.00
per increment.
(c) Accounts are to be monitored by User; no
statements or notices will be sent.

Subscription to Pima County Recorder's secure web site to access
subdivision/plat, record of survey, and other miscellaneous scanned maps (Tiff4
Images).

$3.00 per map page, payable at least $200.00
in advance.

Inquiries have been made to this office, as to why there is a
charge for using this site to access public records. We charge these fees in
accordance with
Pima County Ordinance Number 2005-80.

Images recorded before April 1987
Images recorded before April 1987 may be researched in our office
at 115 North Church Avenue, Tucson, AZ on microfilm and microfiche. With
assistance from our staff you may research these yourself or send someone to
research the records for you.
