PLEASE NOTE: It is the policy of the Pima County Recorder to charge a $3.00 special processing fee, in addition to any other applicable recording fees, for any document returned to the originator due to insufficient fees or other reasons.

Please be advised that the Pima County Recorder's Office does not provide recording forms. Forms are available at your local office supply store, and at various places online.

In accordance with A.R.S. 11-475.E, a $1.00 postage fee shall be charged for each document that is to be returned by mail. Please add this to the fees listed below when making your payment.
