The May 21, 2013 Consolidated General Elections
Please Note: Please Note: All May 21, 2013 Consolidated General Election early voting files will remain on the web site until 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2013. At that time, all files will be permanently removed and will no longer be available.

The May 21, 2013 General Election is rapidly approaching.  This web page contains a large quantity of important information about the election, including how to purchase a list of voters who have requested a vote-by-mail ballot.  Please read each page carefully prior to calling the Recorder’s office, as most questions you may have will be answered in the material available on this website.

All early voting and ballot return information will be provided to candidates and campaign committees only through our secure Web Site.

When completing the Order Form & Contract, please be sure to include an e-mail address and fax number, so that we may communicate any necessary information to your campaign.  Only the candidate is authorized to sign these documents.

If, after reading all this information, you still have questions, please email Pamela Franklin at pamela.franklin@recorder.pima.gov or call her at 724-4356. Since the Town of Sahuarita and Town of Marana General Elections are being conducted as all ballot-by-mail elections, and every registered voter in Sahuarita or Marana will automatically receive a ballot by mail, we are offering a list of all registered voters in Sahuarita or Marana, in addition to the ballot return list.

I hope this information will be beneficial to you and your campaign. You may want to link to our Web Site for pertinent election and voter registration information.

Please check back on our Web Site for a list of early voting sites.
